does accept payments online for client convenience AFTER the Appraiser has agreed with client on
appraisal fee in writing. Please notify the appraiser that you
want to pay by these alternative methods when they call you for
an inspection time. We will then give you the online appraisal fee
structure, which does include credit card or e-check processing
fees that are charged to us.
The boxes below represent
the typical appraisal fees in the current business environment.
Fees are determined based on the type of property, degree of
difficulty, location, and the reporting required to comply with
appraisal regulations. If you choose to make your payment
on-line rather than at the time of inspection, you simply
select the corresponding button for the agreed fee and
proceed through the PayPal security process. In some cases,
multiple buttons/payments may need to be processed if you do not see
your agreed appraisal fee specifically
listed.
Please be assured that
your information is handled with the latest security
features to assure optimum privacy and confidentiality. A
receipt is immediately processed and returned to all clients who
