The electronic submission of the completed report will be sent via email within 60 hours after inspection.

(Non-conforming, rural and a-typical market properties may take slightly longer but we will communicate with you through the process to keep you informed.)

APPRAISAL FEES are based upon the difficulty of the assignment, the surrounding average price and product range, type of property, and reporting requirements for compliance to Appraisal Regulations.  

Fees are not based upon the value of the subject property. Many factors are used to determine the difficultly of an assignment. Properties that are considered complex properties or atypical for the subject market area are more difficult and may require extensive reporting to support the appraised value. Additional fees may apply for rural areas or lack of available comparables in the subject market.
