All appraisal fees are collected at the time of the initial property inspection, or prior to the inspection time - via the Pay Online page of our website - unless otherwise agreed directly with the appraiser.

APPRAISAL FEES are based upon the difficulty of the assignment, the surrounding average price and product range, type of property, and reporting requirements for compliance to Appraisal Regulations.  

Fees are not based upon the value of the subject property. Many factors are used to determine the difficultly of an assignment. Properties that are considered complex properties or atypical for the subject market area are more difficult and may require extensive reporting to support the appraised value. Additional fees may apply for rural areas or lack of available comparables in the subject market.
